‘No Intention’ of Knowing What We Don’t Know
What is so maddening about the State Department’s unwillingness to review these ethics breaches is not that they won’t help “take down” Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton or the Clinton Foundation (which I do believe actually helps a lot of people).
No, what’s maddening is that their unwillingness to look into this means that they don’t care what harm might’ve been done to the American people, American security and American resources through these foreign and private donations. Giving money to the Clintons might’ve meant they got special access to the State Department’s top levels.
And maybe that’s exactly why no one at State wants this looked into.
Journalists asking the right questions?
